John Garner Fraser was born in 1875 in Clinton, son of James Hubbard Fraser. Garner Fraser was a lawyer, judge, and civic leader in Clinton. He served on the 14th Judicial Circuit Court for thirteen years. Fraser died December 16, 1952.
